Hi,

I came across Access Consciousness® for the first time around 2006/7 when I had a 20 min taster session of having my Bars® run.  The change and the ease that it created in my body from receiving that session stayed with me for months afterwards.

My next experience with Access Bars® was in 2008 and the again 2012/13 when it was introduced to me again.  This is when I truly chose to seek out the Access Bars® and was willing to truely receive by having regular sessions before going on to complete the Access Bars® Class, Foundation Class, repeat the   Access Bars® Class twice more with different facilitators so I could become an Access Bars® Faciliator myself.   I knew this is where my passion was in "Empowering People to Know What They Already Know".  

Access Consciousness® asks lots of questions, it does not give answers. Only you know what is right for you. If you ask questions you allow yourself to receive in ways you never imagined.

I would like to share with you what else is possible for you and those you care about. In my personal experience, no matter what your previous history, it is possible to change. Surprises are in store for you!

This is not just words, Access Consciousness® has very powerful body processes also which starts with the Access Bars®.

Access has tools and clearing processes to loosen the hold of repetitive ways of thinking, acting, and self-judgement that is very harsh on your body. You can learn to love and appreciate your body. It can tell you what it would like to eat and drink and when and anything that it requires!

By choosing to have these wonderful body processes regularly run and to regularly run them on others has created a more fulfilling, easy life for me as it has created my body to become more pain free, stopping the mind chatter that was ruling my life which was creating anxiety and depression.   Would you like to have that ease and fulfilment too
