This course and private sessions with Monisha has opened up my
eyes and Believes.
I have learnt to listen to my body more and also to receive anything and everything from the Universe. Now my mind and body is very focused and aware of everything around me. Just today,I asked my body what it would take for us to lose the excess fat and I initially thought that the extra virgin coconut oil that my mom advised me to take would help me lose weight. Guess what? My body was not happy with it. It wanted something that it desired. Spontaneously, my body decided to go over to khatib central to the Chinese traditional herbal shop. I bought the drink 'Honey wheat grass' without knowing what it was. It looked sea green and didn't seem like a normal choice for me. As soon as I got home and researched, I found out that wheat grass not only decomposes excessive fats but also stimulates damaged cells and enhances the self-recovery ability of cells which is great for my broken lymph node tissues. I am truly amazed. I want to thank you for teaching me how to be more aware. I feel more joy and at peace now than ever before. Thank You!
