When I was introduced to Access Consciousness tools I appeared happy but I was frustrated, tired and sad. Everything felt difficult and nothing seemed to be working.  A friend suggested I take the Foundation class. 

 

Foundation is a 4 day class and I don't think I understood 90% of what was said.  Even though it was as if the facilitator was speaking a different language, by the end of the class everything had changed.  I did not even recognize who I had been before the class.  I started consistently using the Access tools and techniques and all areas of my life began to change   Fast forward 6 years and my life continues to improve even more dynamically and everything comes easier.
